Save your Instagram photos to your phone's camera roll
Note that at this time you can only save your own photos to your
device; you cannot save other users' photos. To save the original or
filtered versions of your photos to your device, please follow these
steps:
1. Exit the Instagram app
2. Find the Settings app on your device (gears icon)
3. Scroll down and tap Instagram
4. Toggle the save photo switches on or off accordingly
